† Simba Easter Sale Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.1 This Promotion (Simba Easter Sale Promotion) is subject to these Simba Easter Sale Terms and Conditions (Simba Easter Sale Terms), promoted by Simba Sleep Limited, UK company 9703422 (Simba), and these Simba Easter Sale Terms are subject to the overarching terms and definitions set out in of Simba's general Terms set out at www.simbasleep.com/pages/terms/ (Simba General Terms).

1.2 To the extent that the definition and the application of an Extra Offer in these Simba Easter Sale Terms conflict with the Simba General Terms in respect of combining promotional discounts, these Simba Easter Sale Terms prevail.

1.3 In these Simba Easter Sale Terms, the following defined terms are used;

1.3.1 All capitalized terms defined in the Simba General Terms appearing in these Simba Easter Sale Terms have the meanings as defined therein.

1.3.2 Promotional Window – means the limited time between 09.00 GMT on 22/03/2024 to 23.59 BST on 01/04/2024.

1.3.3 Promotional Price, and Promotional Pricing – means the limited offer price, and the limited time offer pricing, respectively, for Products offered on the Website during the Promotional Window subject to this Simba Easter Sale Promotion.

1.3.4 Typical Price, and Typical Pricing – means the typical price, and the typical pricing respectively, for Products offered on the Website during the Typical Pricing Window.

1.3.5 Typical Pricing Window – means a period prior to the Promotional Window during which Typical Pricing was offered on the Website, commencing on 20/02/2024 and concluding on 21/03/2024.

1.3.6 Joint Promoter – means Blue Light Card, Perkbox, Jointnetwork, Myvouchercodes NHS, Vouchercodes NHS, and Student Beans.

1.3.6 Extra Offer – means various promotional offers which may be available to You,  if You are eligible for such offers via joint promotions promoted by Simba and each of the Joint Promoters, and subject to promotional terms made available by the Joint Promoter, subject and pursuant to the relevant promotional offer terms those parties make via their websites;

1.3.6.1 with an update date of 21 March 2024; and

1.3.6.2 which specifically reference an Extra Offer exception which may be included in Website promotional terms and conditions as distinct from being mentioned in the Simba General Terms.

1.3.7 Selected Mattresses – all mattresses offered on the Website during the Promotional Window other than refurbished mattresses are Selected Mattresses.

What promotional discounts are available during Promotional Window and how are these displayed on the Website?

2.1 During the Simba Easter Sale Promotion, various reductions to the price of certain Products comparing the Promotional Price of those products with the Typical Price of those Products will apply, as set out in clause 3 below.

2.2 The Promotional Prices will be displayed on the Website during the Promotional Window.

2.3 The Promotional Prices apply when You purchase individual products or product bundles offered on the Website subject to certain terms and conditions.

How are savings,  discounts, and comaprisons displayed on the Website during the Simba Easter Sale Promotion calculated?

3.1 Discounts and savings for selected individual new Products on the Website explained: The discounts and savings described for selected individual new Products on the Website during the Promotional Window are based on a like for like comparison with individual new Products of similar specification offered on the Website during the Typical Pricing Window.

3.1.1 By way of illustrative example, all Selected Mattresses are offered at a 25% discount compared with the individual prices at which those Selected Mattresses were offered on the Website during the Typical Pricing Window.

3.2 Comparisons of individual refurbished Products with new Products on the Website explained: Comparisons of refurbished individual Product prices with new Product prices during the Promotional Window give as close to a like for like comparison of individual Products of similar specification as possible, on a refurbished Product price compared with a new Product price, as offered on the Website during the Promotional Window. This takes into account minor Product variances over time which may be reflected in refurbished Products flowing from continuous improvement and range changes.

3.3 Discounts and savings for bundles of selected new Products offered on the Website explained: The discounts and savings described for bundles of new Products on the Website during the Promotional Period are based on a comparison with the prices at which the new Products comprising the bundle are offered on an individual basis, outside a bundle, on the Website, during the Promotional Window.

3.4 Discounts and savings for combining a mattress protector with a selected mattress offered on the Website explained: The discounts and savings described for combining a new mattress protector with a mattress the Website during the Promotional Period are based on a comparison with the prices at which the new mattress protector, Super King size, is offered on an individual basis on the Website, during the Promotional Window, when included with an eligible mattress.

4.0 What are the conditions and exclusions applicable to the Simba Easter Sale Promotion?

4.1 Other than an Extra Offer, any other promotion, discount, or offer cannot be combined with the Simba Easter Sale Promotion.  

4.2 These Simba Easter Sale Terms allow an Extra Offer to “top up” an additional discount subject to the specific Promotion Terms and any other exclusions or limitations applicable to an Extra Offer. The maximum discount any Extra Offer may apply will amount to up to a further 2% discount above a Simba Easter Sale Promotion discount saving, and additionally depends on the specific rules set out in the relevant Simba and Joint Promoter’s promotional terms document.

4.2.1 By way of illustrative example, if an Extra Offer is applied to a Selected Mattress, the maximum total discount available subject to the relevant Simba and Joint Promoter’s promotional terms document  will be a 27% discount off the individual price at which that Selected Mattress was offered on the Website during the Typical Pricing Window.

4.3 Any discount or promotional offer within these these Simba Easter Sale Terms is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.

4.4 The Simba Easter Sale Promotion is offered only in respect of purchases of Products made via the Simba Website, and for delivery to an address in the UK only.

4.5 Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this Simba Easter Sale Promotion at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering this Simba Easter Sale Promotion in accordance with these Simba Easter Sale Promotion Terms, or the Simba General Terms.

4.6 In the event that any element of the Promotional Pricing is not automatically applied where You believe You have complied with these Simba Easter Sale Promotion Terms, or You have any other questions or issues in relation to the Offer or wish to opt out of the Simba Easter Sale Promotion for any reason, please contact us via hello@simbasleep.com.
